Cake Batter Protein Balls

Ingredients

1/4C (4T) Sesame Tahini
1 Scoop True Nutrition – Egg White Protein (flavor of choice)
1 Packet Lavish – Old Fashioned Instant Oatmeal With Flax – Dark Chocolate
1/4C Bruce’s – Yams – Cut Sweet Potatoes In Syrup (or pumpkin puree or mashed sweet potatoes)
2T Coconut Flour
1T Truvia (or sweetener of choice)

Directions

In a large bowl, mix 1/4C (4T) Sesame Tahini, 1 Scoop True Nutrition – Egg White Protein (flavor of choice), 1 Packet Lavish – Old Fashioned Instant Oatmeal With Flax – Dark Chocolate, 1/4C Bruce’s – Yams – Cut Sweet Potatoes In Syrup, 2T Coconut Flour, 1T Truvia and roll into balls. Store in freezer.

Makes: 10 Balls
