Red Velvet Protein Loaf



3/4C 100% Whole Grain Old Fashioned Oats
2T Whole Flax Seeds
3 Scoops COR-fetti Cake Batter Whey
2T Truvia
1/4C (4T) Psyllium Whole Husks
1 Scoop Cococardio
1/2t Baking Soda
1t Baking Powder
1 large Roasted Red Beet
1 Banana
1/2C (8T) 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1/4C Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
1t Pure Vanilla Extract


In a Vitamix, grind 3/4C old fashioned oats and 2T whole flax seeds into a flour. Add in 3 Scoops COR-fetti Cake Batter Whey, 2T Truvia, 1/4C (4T) Psyllium Whole Husks, 1 Scoop Cococardio, 1/2t Baking Soda, 1t Baking Powder and pulse to mix. Set aside in a large bowl. Then blend 1 large Roasted Red Beet, 1 Banana, 1/2C (8T) 100% Liquid Egg Whites, 1/4C Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, 1t Pure Vanilla Extract until smooth. With a hand beater, slowly stir the wet ingredients into the dry. Spray a pan of choice with coconut oil. Bake at 350 for ~55 minutes.
