Tilapia Fish Cakes



1 filet of tilapia
1/4C Panko Italian bread crumbs (or oat flour)
1 whole egg
1t sriracha
1T lime juice


Finely chop 1 filet of tilapia and add 1 whole egg, 1t sriracha, 1T lime juice and 1/4C of Panko Italian bread crumbs. Mix and mash. Separate in half and a pray a pan with coconut oil. Cool thoroughly on both sides. I served mine with a fried egg, more sriracha and my “Indian Mash”.

Makes: 2 cakes

Serving Size: 1 cake
