Blueberry Coconut Mugcake

Ingredients

Mugcake:
1T ON Blueberries and Cream Casein
1T 0% Plain Non-fat Chobani Greek Yogurt
1t Raw Coconut Butter
1T Organic Coconut Flour
1 Large Egg (Whole)
1t  Baking Powder
Frosting:
1T 0% Plain Non-fat Chobani Greek Yogurt
1t Raw Coconut Butter

Directions

For mugcake, mix 1T ON Blueberries and Cream Casein, 1T 0% Plain Non-fat Chobani Greek Yogurt, 1t Raw Coconut Butter, 1T Organic Coconut Flour, 1 Large Egg (Whole), and 1t  Baking Powder. Spray a large mug with coconut oil and microwave for 1:30.
For frosting mix 1T 0% Plain Non-fat Chobani Greek Yogurt and 1t Raw Coconut Butter.

Makes: 1 mugcake

Serving Size: 1 mugcake
