Spinach Protein Waffles

Ingredients

2C Old Fashioned Oats
2 Scoops of Whey of Choice
1/4C Greek Yogurt
1/2C Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1C Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 whole large egg
1 egg white
1/2t Salt
2t Baking Soda
1/2t Vanilla Extract
2C (1/4 bag) Fresh Spinach

Directions

Add all ingredients in a VitaMix and blend until well combined. Spray waffle iron with coconut oil before each waffle and pour batter into hot waffle iron until done.

Makes: 5-6 waffles

Serving Size: 1 waffle
