Mix 1 scoop trutein pumpkin pie, 4T of my homemade cinna-coco almond butter, 2T honey, 2T flax meal, 1/4C applesauce, 4T unsweetened shredded coconut, 1/4C old fashioned oats. Roll into balls and freeze. Note: when rolling into balls make sure you hands are damp because this batter is very sticky.

* Cinna-Cocoa Almond Butter: just grind 2C almonds in a food processor until smooth and add 1T cinnamon, 1T cocoa powder, & 1T honey.
