Ingredients

1/4C Hodgson Mill’s Whole Wheat Gingerbread Mix
1/2C Old Fashioned Oats
3 Scoops Whey of Choice
1/4C (4T) Psyllium Whole Husks
2T Ground Flaxmeal
1t Ground Cinnamon
1/2t Ground Ginger
1t Baking Powder
1/2t Baking Soda
1/4C (2oz) Plain Chobani
1/2C (8T) Liquid Egg Whites
3 bananas
1/4C (4T) Starbucks Gingerbread Syrup
Coconut Oil Spray

Directions

In a VitaMix, grind 1/2C old fashioned oats into a flour. Add 1/4C Hodgson Mill’s Whole Wheat Gingerbread
mix, 3 Scoops Whey of Choice, 1/4C (4T) Psyllium Whole Husks, 2T Ground Flaxmeal, 1t Ground Cinnamon, 1/2t Ground Ginger, 1t Baking Powder, 1/2t Baking Soda and pulse to combine. Transfer to a large bowl. Then blend together 1/4C (2oz) Plain Chobani, 1/2C (8T) Liquid Egg Whites, 3 bananas and 1/4C (4T) Starbucks Gingerbread Syrup. Then slowly mix wet ingredients into dry. Spray a baking tin with Coconut Oil spray and pour in batter. Bake at 350F for about 55 minutes.

Makes: ~ 11 slices
