Cocoa Flax Mugcake

Ingredients

1/2 scoop Cellucor Whey (of choice)
1/2T ground flax meal
1/2T fresh cocao powder (or Hershey’s)
1 large egg
1/2t baking powder
1/2t cinnamon
Frosting:
2T plain Greek yogurt
1/2 scoop whey of choice
Optional: 1T water (to thin)

Directions

In a bowl, mix together 1/2 scoop whey protein, 1/2T ground flax, 1/2T cocao powder, 1 large egg (whole), 1/2t baking powder, and 1/2t cinnamon. Spray a mug with coconut oil and transfer batter. Microwave for 1:30 and flip onto a plate. For the frosting just mix together 2T plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop whey of choice and an optional 1T water to thin it out. You may not want to add the water if you like a thick frosting.
