Ingredients
Mugcake:
2T ON Strawberry Indulgence Casein
1t Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa
1T flax meal
2T mashed sweet potato
3T liquid egg whites
1/2t baking powder
2T water
coconut oil spray
Frosting:
1T peanut flour
1T Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
Directions
For the mugcake, mix 2T ON Strawberry Indulgence Casein, 1t Special Dark Cocoa, 1T flax meal, 2T mashed sweet potato, 3T liquid egg whites, 1/2t baking powder, and 2T water. Spray a mug with coconut oil and pour in batter. Microwave for 1:30. For the frosting mix 1T peanut flour and 1T pancake syrup. Flip mugcake on a plate and top with frosting.
