Holiday Protein Loaf

Ingredients

1/4C Rice Dream Rice Nog (seasonal)
1/2C Liquid Egg Whites
3 Bananas
3 scoops About Time Birthday Cake
1/2C Old Fashioned Oats
1/4C Wheat Bran
2T Flax Seeds
1t Baking Powder
1/2t Baking Soda
1/4C Dried Cranberries
Coconut Oil Spray

Directions

In a VitaMix, grind 1/2C old fashioned oats and 2T Flax Seeds into a flour then add 3 scoops About Time Birthday Cake, 1/4C Wheat Bran, 1t Baking Powder, 1/2t Baking Soda and pulse to combine. Transfer to a large bowl. Then, blend 1/4C Rice Nog, 1/2C Liquid Egg Whites, and 3 Bananas until smooth. Slowly mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients and stir in 1/4C Dried Cranberries. Spray a loaf pan with coconut oil and pour in batter. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. 

Makes: 9 slices
