Dark Chocolate Acai Protein Loaf

Ingredients

1/2C Old Fashioned Oats
3 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein
1/4C Wheat Bran
2T Flax Seeds
1t Baking Powder
1/2t Baking Soda
1T Truvia
1T Hershey’s Unsweetened Special Dark Cocoa Powder
1/4C (2oz) Dream Blends – Almond, Cashew & Hazelnut Milk
3 Bananas
1/2C Liquid Egg Whites
1/4C Brookside – Dark Chocolate Acai w/Blueberry
Coconut Oil Spray

Directions

In a VitaMix, grind 2C Old Fashioned Oats and 2T Flax Seeds into a flour then add 3 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein, 1/4C Wheat Bran, 1t Baking Powder, 1/2t Baking Soda, 1T Truvia, 1T Hershey’s Unsweetened Special Dark Cocoa Powder and pulse to combine. Transfer to a large bowl. Blend 1/4C Dream Blends – Almond, Cashew & Hazelnut Milk, 3 Bananas, and 1/2C Liquid Egg Whites. Slowly mix wet into dry. Add 1/4C Brookside – Dark Chocolate Acai w/Blueberry. Spray a loaf pan with coconut oil and pour in batter. Bake at 350F for approximately 50-55 minutes. The chocolate acai balls have a tendency to sink to the bottom but its still good. I would make sure to store this in the fridge until you are ready to eat because the balls also melt if you leave them in room temperature. I debated on sharing this recipe until I perfected it but this one was really good despite the minor melting/sinking.
