Orange Cream Mugcake

Ingredients

1 Large Egg (whole)
1/2 scoop Cookies & Cream Casein
1/2t Imitation Orange Extract
1/4t Baking Soda
1/2t Baking Powder
3T Unsweetened Applesauce
1T Coconut Flour

Directions

In a large bowl, mix 1 large egg, 1/2 casein, 1/2t orange extract, 1/4t baking soda, 1/2t baking powder, 3T applesauce, and 1T coconut flour. Microwave for 1:30-2 minutes. Flip on a plate and add frosting of choice. First time I made this I just topped it with some Coconut Butter the first time but it’s also good with some protein frosting (see below).

Makes: 1 mugcake

Serving Size: 1 mugcake (topping not included in macros)

Cookies ‘N Cream Frosting
Mix the other 1/2 scoop of Cookies & Cream Casein with 2T Greek yogurt and 1/2t orange extract. Thin out to desired consistency.
