In a bowl, mix 2T Coconut Flour, 2T Cookies & Cream Casein, 2 Large Egg Whites, 1T SF English Toffee Syrup, 1/2t Baking Powder, 1/2t Baking Soda, 1/4t Ground Cinnamon and 1/2t Cocoa Powder. Microwave for 1:30 and flip on a plate. I topped mine a syrup made of 1/2t Cocoa Powder and 1T SF English Toffee Syrup.
