Chocolate Peanut Butter Casein Mugcake

Ingredients

1T Chocolate Casein
1T Peanut Butter & Co. – White Chocolate Wonderful
1T Coconut Flour
3T Liquid Egg Whites
1T Greek Yogurt
1T Applesauce
1T Granulated Stevia
1t Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa Powder
1t Baking Powder
Coconut oil spray

Directions

In a large bowl, mix 1T chocolate casein, 1T PB & Co. white chocolate wonderful peanut butter, 1T coconut flour, 3T liquid egg whites, 1T plain chobani, 1T unsweetened applesauce, 1T stevia in the raw, 1t special dark cocoa powder, and 1t baking powder. Spray a mug with coconut oil and pour in batter. Microwave for 2:00 minutes. I topped mine with Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup.

Makes: 1 mugcake
