FitMiss Vanilla Chai Protein Loaf

Ingredients

3/4C Old Fashioned Oats
5 scoops FitMiss Delight – Vanilla Chai
1/4C Peanut Flour
1T Granulated Stevia
1t Baking Powder
1/2t Baking Soda
3 Bananas
1/2C Liquid Egg Whites
1/4C Cottage Cheese
1/2C Golden Raisins
Coconut Oil Spray

Directions

In a VitaMix, grind 3/4C oald fashioned oats into a flour. Add 5 scoops FitMiss – Vanilla Chai Protein Powder, 1/4C peanut flour, 1T granulated stevia, 1t baking powder, 1/2t baking soda and pulse to mix. Transfer to a large bowl. Blend 3 overripe bananas, 1/2C liquid egg whites, and 1/4C cottage cheese until smooth. Mix wet into dry. Stir in 1/2C golden raisins. Spray a loaf pan with coconut oil and pour in batter. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.

Makes: 8 slices
