Peanut Butter Toffee Mugcake



1/4C (4T) Liquid Egg Whites
1/2t Baking Powder
1/2 scoop (2T) Cookies & Cream Casein
1T Jordan’s Skinny Syrups – English Toffee
1T Coconut Flour
1t Coconut & Peanut Spread
Coconut Oil Spray
1/4C Greek Yogurt
1t Coconut & Peanut Spread
1T English Toffee Syrup


In a large bowl, mix 1/2 scoop casein, 1/4C liquid egg whites, 1T toffee syrup, 1/2t baking powder, 1T coconut flour, and 1t coconut & peanut spread. Spray a mug with coconut oil and pour in batter. Microwave for 2 minutes and flip on a plate. For the topping mix 1/4C Greek yogurt, 1t coconut & peanut spread, and 1T toffee syrup. Pour over mugcake and enjoy.

Makes: 1 mugcake

Serving Size: 1 mugcake (w/topping)
