In a VitaMix, grind 1/4C old fashioned oats into a flour and transfer to a large bowl, stir in 1 scoop vanilla casein, 3T liquid egg whites and about 2/3 of a (6oz) container of Red Velvet Cake flavored yogurt (I used Fit & Active). Spray your waffle maker with coconut oil and spoon in the batter, it will be very thick. Use the remaining yogurt to dip your waffles in. Sooo delicious!
