Waffle Greens


Ingredients

  • 40 g Oat Flour
  • 40 g All Purpose Flour
  • 40 g Tapioca Flour
  • 40 g Sweet Potato Powder
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein 
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons of Greens Powder
  • 2 cups non dairy milk 
  • 4 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions

Mix all wet ingredients and a VitamiX. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine and stir well. Cook in a waffle maker until done. Simple 👍🏻👍🏻

Protein Plus Waffle


Ingredients:

Directions:

In a VitaMix, grind 40g old fashioned oats into coarse oat flour. In a small bowl, combine oat flour, 20g whey protein, 5g peanut flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp xanthan gum, and powdered stevia as desired. Thoroughly mix and add 100g water. Pour into a preheated waffle maker and cook until it opens freely. Let sit for a second because it will be crispy and it will want to crumble. Serve with Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup.

Protein Gingersnaps

  
Ingredients

Directions

Measure 90 g Vitafiber syrup and heat in a sauce pan until it starts bubbling. Measure out remaining ingredients in a separate bowl while the Vitafiber syrup warms. Soft with a fork to make sure all the dry ingredients are mixed well. Once syrup starts bubbling, remove from heat and mix in dry ingredients with a fork until well combined. After it is thoroughly mixed, roll into a log and cut into 10 pieces. Press cookies slightly into a patty form. Bake at 350F for 5-8 minutes. Note: the longer you bake, the crunchier the cookie will be. As the cookies cool they will harden. The person that thought of this was a genius. Only 35 calories per cookie!!

Guanabana Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

1/4C Guanabana Pulp
2 Large Egg Whites
1/4C (1 oz) Blue Diamond Almonds – Toasted Coconut
1 Scoop Isopure Zero Carb – Cookies and Cream
1t Stevia In the Raw
1t Ground Cinnamon

Directions

In a VitaMix, blend approximately 1/4C guanabana pulp, 2 large egg whites, 1 oz (about 28 nuts) toasted coconut almonds, 1 scoop Cookies and Cream Whey, 1t Stevia In the Raw, and 1t ground cinnamon until smooth. Spray a pan with coconut oil and pour in batter.

Makes: about 3 pancakes

Serving Size: 3 pancakes

Strawberry Mac Nut Protein Cookies

Ingredients
1C Old Fashioned Oats
1 scoop Body Tech – 100% Casein Vanilla
1 scoop Cellucor – Cor-performance Whey – Cor-fetti Cake Batter
1C Strawberries, Sliced
1T Agave Nectar
2T Coconut Oil, Unrefined
5T Raw Macadamia Butter

Directions
In a large bowl, combine 1C old fashioned oats, 1 scoop Vanilla Body Tech Casein, 1 scoop Cellucor COR-fetti Cake Batter Whey, 1C sliced strawberries (puree before mixing), 1T agave nectar, 2T raw coconut oil and 5T raw macadamia nut butter. On a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, scoop tablespoon size amounts of batter. Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes.

Makes: 29 cookies

Serving Size: 1 cookie

Zucchini Oatein Freezer Cups

Ingredients

2C Shredded Zucchini
1T Flax Oil
3/4C Old Fashioned Oats
3 Scoops Cellucor COR-fetti Whey
1/4C Water

Directions

In a VitaMix, grind 3/4C old fashioned oats into a flour. In a food processor, add 2C shredded zucchini, 1T flax oil, and 1/4C (or less) water until smooth. Add the oat flour and 3 scoops of whey and process until combined. Pour into 8 silicone cupcake molds. Let sit for about an hour so the oats can soften before you freeze them. Store in the freezer. These are a perfect summer treat to cool down, and they are only 100 calories per cup (and 10g protein!). You may want to make 16 cups instead of 8 because they are really thick and a little hard to bite into.

LiveFit Meal 1: Coffee Waffles

Ingredients

1/2C Old Fashioned Oats
5 Large Egg Whites
1C “Riced” Cauliflower
1T Just Brown Sugar
Optional: 1T Flavored Coffee Grinds
Coconut Oil Spray

Directions

In a VitaMix, grind 1/2C old fashioned oats into a flour. Add (optional) 1T fresh ground coffee beans and sweetener of choice. Pulse until mixed and transfer to a large bowl. Blend 5 large egg whites with 1C “riced” cauliflower until the puree is smooth. Stir into the dry ingredients. Spray a waffle maker with coconut oil and pour in batter. Mine made about 2 batches. I served it with a cup of my fresh ground Red Velvet Coffee and 1/2 scoop Cellucor – Red Velvet Whey (+ 2T water). The macros on this are incredible! Who would have thought eating healthy would be this good? All you need to do is get creative in the kitchen!
